How long does the carpet cleaning take?
It takes between 20 - 40 minutes in each room.
What equipment do we use?
We use Santoemma and Sebo machines. Chemicals we use are Prochem and World of clean.
Can the steam cleaning remove all the stains away?
Steam cleaning removes most stains, however it cannot be guaranteed and is dependent on the condition and type of stain, If you do have stains please let us know when you are making the booking.
Do I need to pay for the parking?
They will need require available parking near the property. Parking will be at an extra cost if there is not any permit or free parking near your property. Congestion charge also be applied if it's within your postcode.
How long does the carpet dry after the cleaning?
It takes 5 - 7 hours for the carpets to fully dry. We do carry an air blower to clients home to try to minimise the drying time.
Do I need to move furniture before the carpet cleaners arrive?
The carpet cleaners will move light furniture and put them back where they have found them. We do advise to remove all small,fragile or valuables for insurance purposes. So please make sure they are out of the way.
Will carpet cleaning help with odour?
Your carpets should be smelling fresh right after the clean.
