End of tenancy cleaning

No, we provide all chemicals, materials and equipment for deep cleaning and end of tenancy cleans. You will you have to provide your own cleaning equipment for domestic cleans. 

Yes, oven cleaning is included.

Yes we do provide carpet cleaning. However, carpet cleaning is a separate cost, please email us so we can give you an accurate estimate. 

It depends on the condition of the flat/house. Roughly between 4-5  hours for a studio/ one bed flat but for bigger flat/houses from 4-6.5 hours . Please note this an approximate time frame. 

No, this is not included in the quote. This is a separate fee.

No, as long as we have access. We can start straight away but would be great if you are there at the end so you can assess the clean and make the payment. 

It all depends, if you have a balcony we can clean your exterior windows. Exterior window cleaning that will put us in any breach of risk we will not carry out the work. Exterior window cleaning is a separate cost. (classified as an extra service).
