Pets are a part of the family. During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.
Of course you can. We would advise that if it's a single one - off visit the best thing to do is to keep the key in a safe place or with the concierge. Please
let us know where the key is before the cleaner's arrival and after the clean, to make sure your key is delivered back to you safely.
If this is a repeat visit, then we suggest you should be home the first time and on the next clean you can give the cleaner the spare key or if you decide to leave whilst the cleaner is cleaning. Simply ask for the cleaner to lock the key on her way out and put these keys through the letter box.
The cleaner can clean up dishes for you, but depending on the hours and the job list set, this can eat into the cleaner's time. So please make sure you prioritise the cleaning.
Now this is more of a preference, as some people like to tidy before their cleaner arrives and some people don't. It all depends on how often you have the cleaner, cleaning your home.
For example, if you have a cleaner in your flat/house on a regular basis such as twice a week or weekly cleaning with enough schedule time then the cleaner can certainly accommodate that.
If the cleaner comes fortnightly or monthly and you would like the cleaner to tidy too please book enough hours as the cleaner may not be able to fulfil your requests. Our missions is to provide you a clean home
Please make sure that all cleaning products, cloths and equipment are all in one place all set for the cleaner to start. If you have a handheld stick vacuum/steam mop, make sure to charge it at full battery before the cleaner's arrival. Please note, that if the vacuum/ mop is not charged and there isn't an alternative the cleaner will not be at fault.
We are an ethical company, who look after our cleaners and take great pride in what they do and how hard they work. We pay the London living wage with incentives, reminded them that great efforts are not dismissed.
When booking with us there is no contract or hidden fee's, if you book with us and decided to not use us again make sure you cancel within 24 hours to get your deposit back.
